RESERVATION & PAYMENT

Please use the reservation form to select the date and time of your tour/journey.
You will receive reservation confirmation by SMS/e-mail
Use online payment for your booking.
The payments are processed by licensed payment company Stripe.
We do not save your card details.
You will be send your ticket by email once your payment has arrived successfully.
Your ticket will provide you all the tour/journey information.
Please have your ticket ready in your phone on the day of your tour/journey.

5% MANIPULATION FEE is non-refundable in case of every cancellation.
FULL REFUND for cancellations more than 7 days before the tour.
NO REFUND in case you do not show.
50% REFUND for cancellations less than 7 days and more than 24 hours before the tour.
25% REFUND for cancellations 24 hours to 1 hour before the tour.
10% REFUND for cancellations less than 1 hour before the tour.

Please inform us immediately in case of change by e-mail or the Contact form on our website..
You can ask for changing the date or time of your tour/journey at least one day before the tour.
