Terms and Conditions

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

  • To book your place at the 7 Days of Art workshop, use the booking form or book your place via WhatsApp message.

  • After sending the reservation request, wait for its confirmation.

  • After confirming the reservation, please pay the course fee.

  • Use the online payment gateway to pay the course fee.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe, a licensed payment company.

  • Once the payment has successfully arrived, you will receive a confirmation of your payment.

  • A detailed itinerary and schedule of the 7 Days of Art course will be sent to your e-mail.


CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A 5% HANDLING FEE is non-refundable for each cancellation.

  • FULL REFUND for cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the course.

  • 50% REFUND for cancellation less than 30 and more than 20 days before the start of the course.

  • 30% REFUND for cancellation less than 20 days and more than 15 days before the start of the course.

  • 20% REFUND for cancellation less than 15 days and more than 7 days before the start of the course.

  • NO REFUND for cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course.

  • NO REFUNDS in case of no show.
